Mission Supply Group was established to help government agencies, government contractors, and commercial organizations obtain industrial products, hardware, maintenance supplies, and procurement support through a clear and organized sourcing process.

Charles Hackney — Founder & CEO
Charles Hackney founded HCKNY LLC d/b/a Mission Supply Group to provide government and commercial customers with responsive procurement support grounded in service, integrity, and operational experience.
Charles brings more than 15 years of federal civil-service experience and four years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army. His professional background includes critical operations-management responsibilities within military and federal government environments, where compliance, accountability, resource coordination, and precise execution were essential.
Beyond public service, Charles has more than 15 years of private-sector leadership experience, including the ownership and operation of a real-estate enterprise. His commercial background includes asset management, negotiations, vendor relations, financial discipline, contract adherence, and business operations.
This combination of federal, military, and commercial experience shapes Mission Supply Group’s structured and mission-focused approach to procurement, supply-chain coordination, and customer service.
Charles holds both an Associate degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Management.
